Pathetic service
I upgraded my contract telephonically as the lady told me I would get a Takealot voucher of R500 . Tomorrow will be a week since I got the phone and nothing received as yet. Was that just a lie !!!! My second issue is I emailed customer service 2 days ago requesting feedback regarding a break down of my debit order but up till now no feedback. The SLA says within 24 hours. It passed that a long time ago, and I sent numerous emails requesting feedback plus I tried to call.
