Pathetic service

I have had the worst experience with the Mtn online. On Black Friday I had app**** online for a new contract got the *** I have emailed customer care and sent messages on Twitter and still no one from the sales department called me to date. When they eventually call me I figure they will say the phone is Out of stock and there's nothing they can. I would like a call back in the next hour
