Pathetic service Ballito Junction store

Took my S8 in yesterday to Ballito Junction store. Lady Neli very arrogant and lazy. Never went the extra mile to assist. MTN doesn't give out loan phones. What do we use while our phone is taken in? pathetic service from MTN.
