pathetic service

Trying to cancel my MTN contract now for the past 4 months. No response whatsoever. I have been billed for a service that I am not using. Went into a branch now to try and cancel ans was told they cant assist as i need to pay the amount in areas. So i need to pay for a service that i did not use and now i can't cancel because they can't do their job.
