Pathetic service
I don't know why the people who supposed to help us are always sleeping on your website when applying for a phone contract, have tried numerous times applying for a phone contract and tried reaching out at your customer service and when I got them they stated that I never app**** for a phone contract. I want to know why is there an option on your website to apply enden not help us that means we be wasting our time here.
I still want to apply for a phone contract would appreciate if you would help.Thanks for reading!

09 Feb 2023, 23:32Hi, I would like to confirm if these numbers +*** are from mtn customers service or what, in the afternoon I was called with those numbers by a lady that claimed that they from mtn customer service and I gave them almost all my details then the phone cut cause of network, if they really from mtn can they kindly call me back to proceed with the contract. Thank for reading
