Pathetic service

I've been a loyal customer for more than 10 years now. But I must stress how the quality of service has deteriorated. The internet connectivity is seriously useless. As of yesterday there is no connection whatsoever. The call center agents are of no help either. Last night I was told everything is perfectly fine, today it's certain MTN customers have been effected with no estimation as to when the problem will be solved, tomorrow might as well be another excuse?? I have a business to run is MTN going to compensate the business that I've lost! What about *****ulent activities godforbid that could occur. Seriously man!
