My name is Andrew Lungile Mbekwa, my customer reference number: SS***.

My fibre connection was installed on 19 May, I was starting to enjoy this service but the billing is inconsistent, for your reference I have attached the different invoices for your reference, and was debited an amount that baffles me. According to your agent - 19 May till 31 May was supposed to be pro rata'd, then the June invoice was correct in the amount of R279 on the promotion I signed up for.

Now to my surprised I'm already billed for the month of July and a R885 amount was debited(refer to the below screenshot), so it seems like i'm billed in advance for the month of July, so in essence I want a refund of R359 credited back to my account with immediate effect. I did not sign up for this, and will not hesitate to take this further or cancel our arrangement.
