PATHETIC SERVICE AT MTN THAVHANI MALL

My phone lost signal 2 days ago, i called MTN customer care and i was told that i need to visit nearet MTN shop and RICA, this morning i drove 45KMs to Thavhani mall MTN shop and the guys there took my number and fica documents to RICA, few minutes later i was told to go, i tried to make a call and same message about RICA still played, i told the guys at MTN Thavhani mall and they told me to go because they did their job, even now my phone is not working, i had this sim card or number for about 10 years now, ive got data minutes and airtime, i need to use my phone, where else should i go to get help. Customer care couldn't help me over the phone, nearest MTN store cannopt help me, then who should help me ??????
