Pathetic service at MTN service provider

I lost my phone and had to do a sim swop. I'm using MTN service provider. I therefore bought a new sim card to do sim swop of my old number. When I made contact with MTN to follow up why the sim card was still not activated after 72 hours I was advised that the sim is not longer usable. This is before I made contact numerous contacts with their consultants which my attempts were in vain as all of them were giving me incorrect information which led to the sim card not being in use. MTN is a useless service provider, they very unprofessional and pathetic. Their consultants are not helping at all and lack professionalism, the way they interact with clients is pathetic. I'll never recommend anyone to use MTN. Even when I visited their branch (Greenacres) incorrect information was given, as two different consultants gave two different information, which I fail to understand as they work for the same company, have access to the same information. This is poor service.
