Pathetic Service at MTN Repair Centre

<p>I took in my phone at MTN Reair Centre in Midrand, and i was told i will be sent a quote for a phone that is only 9 months, the problem with the phone is the battery is swelling and it caused the screen to crack, so i got quoted R6065.11 to repair the phone, why do i have to pay for a phone that i did not break.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 27/06/2017 around lunch time 13:00 went to quiry my quote and requested a break down of the quote and the manager promised that i will receive it by close of business which still i have not received it.</p> <p> </p> <p>How do i pay R6065.11 for a phone that is valued at R8000 and i get told that the fact that my screen has cracked my warranty falls off.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am not happy at all with the service at that place.</p>
