PATHETIC SERVICE AT MTN LENASIA

Recently took out a data contract with MTN, The completely incorrect contract was created while I was at home, I was told to come fetch my Sim card and upon testing figured that the *********** staff at the branch probably signed me up for the wrong package. Not being a resident of the Area, they do not answer any calls and it's impossible to reach them. The MTN HELPLINE IS JUST AS USELESS. I have 2 contracts in place and seriously thinking of switching, everyone seems to be complaining about their pathetic service lately.
