Pathetic service at MTN!!

I signed for a router online and had it delivered. The router hasn’t worked ever since I got it. I have called MTN numerous times with no real solution given to me. I was initially told that my issues would be solve within 24 hours. It’s been more the 24 hours and I’m still sitting with this useless router! No one from their side has even bothered to communicate with me.
