Pathetic Service at Carlton Center shop

I can't believe that I spent an hour at your shop, just to do a swim swap and the express till there was no one for almost 30 minutes. When I complaint to the Lady who was assisting me , she said is there where you don't wait ,I mean is that how your Consultant supposed to speak to a Client , she didn't even apologize.Your service is very pathetic.
