Pathetic service and promise not kept.
I took out a laptop contract with MTN in 2017 which included monthly data however my data was never received after visiting the MTN stores in Clearwater mall and receiving pathetic service. Each time I enter the store the consultant does a SIM swap and says when I get home it will be working. I've done about 6 SIM swaps and nothing. I'm paying for this contract each month and receiving nothing in return. I wouldn't recommend MTN to anyone no matter how good a deal might sounds it's not worth running around.
