PATHETIC SERVICE AND OVERCHARGES FROM MTN SA

The service received from MTN is pathetic. When I signed up FOUR business contracts with MTN, I had assumed I would get my monies worth. Little did I know what a bunch of ******* MTN is. I'm being charged R200 extra for two of my contracts, per contract, per month. I've been to the MTN store in Tambotie Mall, Randfontein, Logged various queries with them, only to be told to wait some more or that they are still awaiting feedback. When signing up a contract, how can you so deviously change your terms and conditions as you wish? When signing up, I was offered 500 minutes MTN to MTN minutes, 200 minutes MTN to any other network. Why do you charge my MTN to MTN calls from the 200 Any network minutes? Once the 200 minutes are used up only then do the MTN to MTN minutes come into effect. How can you rob innocent people like this? Have you no shame? In a downward spiraled economy can you only afford to cheat people out of their hard earned money???? Absolutely livid!!
