Pathetic service and Negligence

There is no sense of urgency at the MTN Store in Rosebank Mall. I booked a phone in (Iphone 12pro) more than a month ago specifically on the 9th Sept2021 I was assistd by Malebo that no longer works there apparently and we have not received no communication of where the phone is or what is happening. The phone is not at the repair centre , upon me calling the store and going there to follow up now being asissted by Diane that said the phone will be ready by the week of the 18th Oct 2021 seems like there is no trace of where the phone is because I was told Malebo booked the phone in at the Istore but I am not getting an answer of which Istore it was booked at. This is UNACCEPTABLE.
