Pathetic service and incorrect information

I have received my order which I only found out from MTN who I initiated the contract with, that it was done by Mondo. At delivery of my order, I noticed I only received the laptop, the charger, router and SIM card. When I added the additional contract which is with MTN of course, the package I chose included a Lenovo laptop, router, Microsoft Office 365, Mouse and a laptop bag. However, the mouse, laptop bag and the Microsoft 365 were not delivered. When I called MTN I was advised to call Mondo( whom I have no relationship with whatsoever) to request clarity on the item which I did not receive. I was then told that this was only limited to 2000 customers. When I added the contract nowhere was it mentioned that it is subject to availability or limited to the 2000 customers. I checked again on the MTN website, nothing is mentioned about subject to availability or limited to 2000 customers.

Now explain to me how I will get all that is supposed to be included in the package as advertised.
