Pathetic Service and I am Not happy!!!!

I am sooo sick and Tired of you guys! You never listen to Customers!

I simply requested in December to change my debit order date because my salary date has changed I had requested the 31st and Today you guys went ahead and deducted my account , causing myself to have unpaid debit orders when i Had requested to change my Debit order date

I had sent an email to *** and I was dealing with various agents who said they have reffered it The reference number is *** And Today my account was deducted with no money in it

Actually you guys deducted my Last Money that was in my account How am I gonna go to work when you guys deducted money that was not supposed to be deducted???

I dont have money to Go to work from today till I get paid on the 31st

Can It please be rectified because currently my account is on a Minus because of an unreturned Debit order! Please rectify because i am not happy at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
