Pathetic service and *********** agents

This is my second review about the same transaction.

After you failed to process my order correctly and went on to deliver a wrong device, which I returned to you and cancelled the contract. As expected, given your pathetic service and your disintegrated systems, now you have sent me a bill and attempted to debit my account for a cancelled contract. Perhaps it’s time to close shop, there is not even one thing that you are able to do to the satisfaction of customers. Your 135 number has useless prompts, you can’t get through to any human being there. You also have that useless outsourced service from Mondo, you should just cancel that contract, those people are as useless as your other mtn staff.
