Pathetic service after upgrading.

Most pathetic service ever. After upgrading earlier this year there has been a problem with my account every month. After payment they still block my account every month and after a massive fight it is turned back on. After emailing them numerous times in an attempt to resolve this, they did not even bother to respond once.
