One of the worst telecommunications companies in South Africa. I was due for an upgrade. A sales consultant phoned me and I upgraded via the telephone. I got an email saying the upgrade application has been approved with sms' that said the credit vetting has been approved etc.

Then more than a week later I got phoned by a different consultant that wanted to process my upgrade again. I told her that I have already upgraded and she said the previous consultant did not submit the upgrade for processing. Now the promotion that was on has ended and I have to pay R400 more per month. Will definitely move from the service provider with my and my whole family's contracts.
