PATHETIC SERVICE

I have been a loyal customer with MTN for many years , I called in September to do a contract cancellation , which was never processed and I have been billed the full amount . I have spoken to numerous consultants and wrote to their complaints email with no response to date . I have asked that they listen to the call recording made in September I have not gotten any feedback. They’re the worst I would never advise anyone to do business with them
