Pathetic service

I have been trying to upgrade since the last week of May 2020, it's today 9 June 2020 with no luck. The so called service champions from the call centre are the most useless things on earth, I am not exaggerating. I am calls everyday of the week with no assistance, I even went to the store (the Glen Mall) I could not be assisted because the call centre changed my number to this new system (Ilula) only Jhb call centre is able to delete an application that is hanging on my account. MTN is just a useless service provider and I can't believe I am saying after 20yrs of being their client
