Pathetic service

I've paid MTN on Friday morning, and my phone was switched on Friday afternoon. On Saturday it was switched off. I tried to contact my local store that has been closed, and was told to phone 135, when you phone 135, it runs in a loop (Press 1 for this, press 2 for that up to 4 then runs the loop again), and then no operator ever answers the phone. For the amount of money you make your service is pathetic! How are we meant to operate when we are always paying money but never getting any service, you are worse than the government!!!
