Pathetic service

The service is pathetic,I app**** for contract in May 2021 and an Agent advised my application was declined and I even received a SMS.On the 10/6/2021 I received a sms confirming that my order will be delivered and I received an email with an electronically signed contract,dated 10/06/21 @19h18.I never accepted any contract and there's been no communication regarding this.I sent an email to *** on the 14th June,it's been a week and I've had no response.
