Pathetic service

I have been trying to cancel my late Father’s contract for almost a year and it’s still not cancelled but they keep taking money and more money, I don’t know what else I need to do to just get it cancelled!!!!! I can’t phone because then we get told to email, but nobody responds to emails, they can’t do it in the store.
