Pathetic service

This thing of you guys , giving other companies our upgrades is not on. I called Mtn online for an upgrade and you gave Rewardsco to deal with it now I haven’t heard from them since, moreover They don’t want to cancel the upgrade so that I get a contract from a company that is serious about customer service. Please fix this or cancel the contract.
