Pathetic service

Mtn protea Glen mall I received the most horrible service ever everytime when I go there I get the worse service.I went to do a sim swop and I was told that I need to wait for supervisor to arrive at 12. I mean my device was ****** and they are using my SIM card and I must wait for supervisor for a SIM swop this is a worst service ever. I was also advised to get my I'd since I only had my driver's licence and I went to Telkom store to do a SIM swop no struggle I used my driver's licence and SIM swop was done immediately.your service is horrible mtn.i have recordings and Vidoe of the service I received
