Pathetic service

Pathetic service I have ever received.

I did a sim swap last year March as usual it was rejected because I used to work for MTN. I went to MTN store in Centurion Mall to do sim swap for 3 months we were struggling to get the number back they logged a ticket on the 11th of October and till today my issue is not sorted and the number I have been using for over 15 years is given to someone else while I’m waiting for them to respond to me.
