Pathetic Service

So appauld by the service I just experienced I did my upgrade on Black Friday, got delivery of the phone today, turns out the consultant ordered the wrong product. When I called the call centre today the lady I spoke to was so unhelpful telling me I must go to the store to sort it out. Kept trying to rush me off the call without helping, saying the time for me & her is over. What pathetic service is that. First you give me the wrong product, then I must deal with a rude consultant who has no sense of customer service. I've been with MTN for a very long time. But this type of service really makes me think of moving to a better service provider.
