Pathetic service

I ordered my phone last month and I just got it today due to their poor service, I wanted to cancel this stupid delivery but your employees begged me to take it, I was told everything will work when I get my phone and today I got my phone and the SIM card is not working after I said I’d rather go to the branch and that stupid agent said online is better and he’ll sent all the details including the insurance details, today this stupid phone is here and I don’t have any insurance details, after waiting for weeks .

I want you to come get your phone and I’ll gladly go to other providers , I have suffering while I pay so much , you should be making our lives easier but no a person must sweat first after paying their hard earned money, I’m disappointed to say the least. Now come take your phone back
