Pathetic service

My phone was ****** before the lock down I registered a claim with mtn insurance and it was fine. After the level 5 I contacted mtn to change my location because I was going back to work, from the 5th of May till today mtn gave me the run around a just to deliver my phone

I didn't even get a proper reason as to why the delivery was taking long all they said was "they waiting for the way I'll number"

On top of waiting for my phone they still gave the delivery company the wrong address which delayed the claim even longer and not even one consultant/ manger called me to check after numerous calls and emails I'm still waiting for a manager Charmaine to call since yesterday...

I would not recommend anyone to take mtn insurance after this experience!!!!
