Pathetic Service

I have a parcel coming from MTN, First delivery day the driver comes late after I've left work, They then booked it for the next Tuesday I do tell them again I leave work at 16h00, The driver then shows up at 16h00 when I'm about to leave, All my documents are in order and he now needs to take my fingerprints, but his fingerprint machine does not work so he keeps trying and failing every time. he then says he cannot leave my delivery he has to take it back to to Depo, as MTN needs to approve of me not doing the fingerprints ( yet this is not my Fault) I've Paid for this order the 2024.02.26 and am waiting 8 working days already for my order, Which means I've Paid for a month's service which I'm not using at all. I need my delivery!!!!!!!!
