Pathetic service.

I have a contract with MTN and I would like to increase my credit that a store sent through to MTN for me as would like to migrate my contract to a bigger contract. I have called 135 number 10x and everytime I have sat on phone for 30min. Not one of the people working there now what they doing and put you through to the wrong person everytime. No one can help u with your request. Useless and pathetic. I will be cancelling my debit order as why must I pay for a service when they cannot provide or help with a simple task. It’s pathetic the people that are working at the call centres and they have no clue what they doing. That out of the 20 people I spoke to not one of them could assist me in anyway. I’m sorry that is absolutely pathetic. So I will Be cancelling my debit order as not paying for this pathetic service anymore. Never mind the towers always been down and not having signal during loadshedding.
