Pathetic Service!!! People please be very careful when you upgrade with MTN. They con you into a transaction, even when you tell them they need to make sure of facts and they confirm all in order. You end up with a bill of R3600 month 1 and R800 month 2 and it seems like month 3 is going to be no different. You can call them, email them, go to their shops and get all the promises but no action except taking your money. I end up paying double for a R399 contract
