Pathetic service

MTN advertises for cellphone contracts on their website but when the call centre calls you they do not know what you are even talking about.

I app**** for a Huawei P10 on Friday 24 January for R179 a month. The call centre contacted me on 28 January. The lady offered me a completely deal. When I told her it's way different from the MTN website I was informed that I am "looking at the wrong website".

This is pathetic service. The website still has the contract available but I guess MTN does not want my business.
