Pathetic service

Very disappointed with mtns service, I made 8 calls from my vodacom number to them to and still haven't had any help have told the consultants as well and they still just transfers me for my call to once again get cut. I have experienced this many times before. I'm actually thinking of taking my services to another network.

Mtn consultants really need proper training. And more ethics and values.

I will be canceling my debits from mtn , because I can't see to getting any help with canceling of my expired contract.
