Pathetic service

In mall of the north there is 2 mtn shops a big one and small one earlier the morning i was in the big one and there service was excellent staff greeted me and really wanted to help well done foe that, but later the afternoon i went for shopping and popped in the small one to get a book so that i can search for a new device to upgrade to. Lets begin when i walked in the security guard was laying in his chair like it was an lazy boy, 2nd when i wanted to take the book on the counter because that is only where a book was they said no i cant take the book but with attitude and seriously there attitude suck great to see that they dont know what customer service is. When asked them if they can fetch more books from the other store in the same building they were full of excuses. I told them i wanted to lay a complaint their answer was we dont care so mtn there is 3 bad apples that will make me move. I cant deal with arrogance like that.
