Pathetic service

I app**** for a contract over 2 weeks ago and I am yet to receive the phone let alone feedback on when I can expect to receive it. Your staff are pathetic. I have made numerous calls to Mondo and have either been told that your systems are offline or the agent does not know what the progress of the order is apart from the fact that it’s approved. I already know this! I expect a call regarding this contract ASAP to either give me proper feedback or to cancel this application! Ref no: ***
