Pathetic service

I have problems with my current device but because I have upgraded in July 2019 I cannot get a new device from MTN. Now I bought another device which requires a micro sim (which I bought already) therefore I have to do a sim swap. When I phone 135 they informed me I have to go to a MTN store to do a sim swap. I am staying near a very small town in North West Province there is no MTN shop. This is pathetic service. Is MTN unaware that many of their clients stays in rural areas?
