Pathetic service

Bought a Samsung adapter from Lalucia Mtn and was told if it needs to be returned I can do it in PMB. Went to 4 stores in PMB and each store says they are a franchise and not a direct MTN partner and I should go back to Lalucia for a return.

Any suggestions because all their numbers dont seem to get me through.
