PATHETIC SERVICE

I am literally fed up with MTN and their vague responses. Not to mention the service from agents including their supervisor namely Charmaine. That advised me she will try her best to solve the matter and provide feedback. Every day I contact them Charmaine is apparently busy with other customers and is unable to take my calls or to call me back. On the previous review, I was advised that the matter was escalated to the INSURANCE MANAGER. No calls from them, nothing .. ARG you guys are the worst.
