PATHETIC SERVICE !!!!!

I have had it with MTN this is now the third time I am writing a revew on HelloPeter and NOTHING IS BEING DONE my debit order is suppose to run on the last day of the month then every month by the 5th of each month MTN will run the debit order then my debit order returns as unpaid then i have cost. if I speak to the call centre they make me to be a **** and say that i dont pay my account this month i did a direct transfer because by the 4/5 my debit order still didnt run and then the call centre agents got a attittude of note
