Pathetic service

After so many attempts to get my line back on track, non of the agents ws competent enough to resolve my query, A bunch of useless agents.On their systems my line is active, but I can't make or receive calls. The error message I get on my side says emergency calls only, and the last agent I spoke to ((Princess)) adviced me to pop out the money and do a Sim swop, and it's not even my fault. I'm not going to take out my R105 and get a Sim swop,if they can't assist me with regards to my query, I'll simply port out.
