Pathetic service!!!!

Terrible service from MTN!!!! It has now been 3 weeks that I am struggeling to apply for the MyMTN Home Internet. Everytime when I go back to the store there is some reason why they cannot process my application. 1st excuse was that the product codes was not correct, then it was it is a new product the do not have stock, then it was system errors. Today was the best excuse... all they want was a 3months bankstatement which was given to them 3weeks ago but they are taking the documents home with them and the lady that took it from me is off. Absolutely pathetic!!!! Will not recomend MTN to anyone!!!
