Pathetic service
Pathetic service. Your contract states R679 a month which is what they have been taking off for months then all of a sudden they decide to double this amount on debit order. Send 2 emails to their customer service but no response from them. Try the whole day the 135 number but it's useless as there is no option to select to speak to an agent. You send numours messages on their Facebook messenger but you get no replies, just ignored.

06 May 2020, 09:54Am seriously now disgusted by mtn. You can finally get thru to a call agent they answer and introduce themselves and then as you start talking the line goes dead. Called 3 times in a row and the same thing happened. Disgusting service from a leading cellphone network provider
