Pathetic Service!!!!!!

I am highly discussed with MTN Business, their service is pathetic and their people is ***********!!!!

I have a data sim which we received in July, we sent it to one of our sites, and it was reported that it can't access the internet, so i phoned in on the 22nd July 2020 and the lady activated something, then on the 24th August 2020 it was reported again that the sim card is still not working, so i phoned again, and once again the person activated something. So today yet again it was reported to me that the damn sim is still not working, i phoned again, spoke to one lady and said she just want to find something out, and put me through to someone else, so i had to once again tell my whole story, just to hear that MTN can't phone the person which is on site, to find out how she can assist with seeing that the sim gets to work. So i asked to speak to her manager, and nice she puts the phone down. VERY PROFESSIONAL MTN. Be sure, i will not port any more contracts over to MTN in the future, and believe me we have alot of contracts i wanted to port. MOST PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDER, I AM BEMUSED!!!!
