Pathetic service

MTN is a group of ****mers. They over billed my account. I have been been querying this with them for a while and they are not helping at all. They keep opening cases and closing them without resolving my query. They are charging me for their mistake. No matter how excited you are never consider using MTN service. Poor services, Poor customer experience. I am going to escalate my query to ombudsman
