Pathetic service - Westgate Mall Mitchells Plain

<div>On 23/06/2023, I got a new contract. My first bill for this contract was 4 times the amount of the contract. When i went query they said they would come back to me in 24hours. A week later I went back after not hearing anything. The girl who assisted me was in the store, she took my details and said she would contact me the following day, she did not i went into the store, she said she did not have time to look at it, she was busy with a client while 4 other ladies we doing nothing. Her manager who initially took the query was just as unhelpful, she said query was logged this morning and cannot give me a turn around time, how pathetic. My account is high again this month and my dr order is running this weekend, this does not seem to bother them at all.</div>
