Pathetic service

I just got a voucher from Mtn for a tablet. Tried to load the voucher from 7th January with no success. Did the follow up via emails and calls and was promised to be called but none of that happened. As it is I'm frustrated because I'm buying it for my child school project. And she must have it on the 1st day when they open on 14th January.
